Frequently Asked Questions

  • What Payment Types do you accept?
We accept Visa, AMEX, Master Card, Discover, Debit, Checks and Cash. At this time we do not accept any form of Online Payment Systems (such as PayPal) or Peer-to-Peer Systems (such as Zelle).
  • Is there anything you don't do?
At this time, we do not do any Well Work, Septic Tank Installs, Boilers, Major Excavating Jobs or Appliance Repair Work.
  • Do we need to be home?
While its best to be present at the time of service, its not required. When booking your appointment please let us know any helpful information, such as a door or garage code, so that our techs can easily access the area(s) needed. If you have pets, please ensure they are properly put away prior to our arrival.
  • How much is an Estimate?
Our Estimates are free of charge!
  • How often should I replace my Air Filter?
Typically, its best to replace your air filter every one to three months depending on your lifestyle and home size. For example, smaller homes with multiple pets should change theirs more frequently than someone with a larger home who rarely uses their HVAC system and has no pets. Factors such as Allergies, Filter type, Smoking habits, Number of pets or household members, Location and Frequency of use should be considered when changing your air filter, but you can’t go wrong by scheduling systematic, routine filter changes.
  • How often should I have my A/C and Furnace serviced?
Ideally, you should have your HVAC system serviced at least once a year; meaning one service before winter for your Furnace and one service before summer for your A/C to keep things running smoothly and in tip top shape. Avoiding a routine service could lead to equipment failure and extra costs.
  • Do you work directly with our Home Warranty Policy or Insurance?
No, you will need to contact and work with your Insurer directly. We can provide the information pertaining to the inspection of the unit/issues we come across at the time of service.
  • If we purchase a unit through you, does it come with a Warranty?
Yes! We carry different brands with different warranties and stipulations. From parts to complete coverage, we can help you decide what is best for you and your home.
